With an MCP connector, an agency connects its AI assistant to every client's Superfiliate store through one email sign-in. From there, you can pull reporting brand by brand, rebuild a winning program setup in a new client's store, and run bulk tasks across clients, all from one conversation.

Yes, with an email sign-in. Each client invites your email, then you choose up to 10 stores or "All shops you have access to," which has no cap and adds new clients as they invite you. A Shopify sign-in connects only one store.

No. Each lookup reads one client's store at a time and returns results brand by brand. If you ask your assistant to rank or total your clients, the assistant combines those answers in your chat.

Once the brand removes you, their store drops out of your connection on your next request, and your other clients keep working. Removal is requested through Superfiliate and can take a few business days.

Yes. It works the same way: each brand invites the contractor's email, and they connect with an email sign-in.

The Superfiliate MCP for agencies makes it seamless to run multiple client programs as a repeatable operating system. Your expertise stays with your team. The MCP makes it easier to scale across every brand you manage.

‍

Connect to the MCP once via email. Each client invites your email, you choose up to 10 stores or all of them, and the brand name in your prompt decides which store answers.

Report across your whole book of business. Superfiliate reads each client's store separately and your assistant lines the results up, so the Monday pulse check becomes one prompt.

Scale what works, then check before you confirm. Rebuild a winning setup in a new client's store and run bulk tasks across brands, reviewing the brands, creators and action first.

It's Monday morning. You've got six different client tabs open, and you're about to pull the same creator report six times, reformat it six times, and drop it into six different decks before lunch.

That's busywork, not creative strategy.

These manual, repetitive reporting workflows eat more of a marketing agency's workweek than anyone wants to admit. Plenty of agencies are still running dozens of clients out of spreadsheets, Drive folders and email threads.

In other words, the information you need is never quite where you need it.

This is where the Superfiliate MCP comes in. Connect it once, and your chosen AI assistant can work inside every client store you've been invited to from a single chat window. It's AI for marketing agencies that turns how you run creator programs into a repeatable operating system, not an endless game of spreadsheet exports.

The expertise of running client programs still stays with your team. What changes is how much more high-value time you have to give.

Connect the MCP once, then ask by brand

No more logging in and out of different client accounts! Once you connect the MCP, all of your client accounts run off that one connection.

Each client will invite your designated email to run their Superfiliate account when they onboard with you. Sign into the MCP with that email, and choose which stores your AI assistant has access to. You can choose up to 10 stores manually, or select "All shops you have access to" which has no cap and automatically adds new clients as they invite you to their account.

From there, the brand name you add to your prompt decides which storefront data is pulled:

"For [Client A], how many creators are currently enrolled?"

"Which of [Client B]'s briefs are past due?"

And when a client relationship ends? Once the brand removes you from their account, their store automatically drops out of your MCP connection on your next request. Our agency MCP setup guide walks through every step here.

Cross-brand reports in a single prompt

The most useful questions for an agency to get answers to quickly are rarely about a single client. They're the ones that help you understand your whole book of business.

Via the Superfiliate MCP, you can start off your week with a simple pulse check:

"Which of my brands performed best last week, and which ones dropped?"

Superfiliate reads each client's storefront separately and hands you back results brand by brand, so brand data doesn't get muddled in responses. When you ask for a ranking, your assistant lines those answers up itself.

From there, you can dig into whatever figures stand out. Ask what's driving a drop in one client's program performance, and you'll get the creators, campaigns and content behind the number. Ask where the growth opportunities are, and you'll find the top performers who deserve more attention, the creators who've gone quiet, and any content deliverables that are overdue.

Your Monday report stops taking you multiple tabs and an entire morning to pull together, and becomes a conversation where you can connect the dots in a way that conventional reporting often misses.

Copy a winning setup to a new client

Agencies have the unique benefit of learning through constant iteration which program structures are successful: the tiers, the reward groups, and the commission you've refined across multiple clients, and would love to stop needing to rebuild by hand whenever you bring in a new brand.

Now, all you need to do is ask for it in your favorite AI tool so that you learn with one client easily compounds with the next:

"Recreate [Client A]'s ambassador program in [Client B], with the same tiers, reward groups and commission structure."

Your AI assistant reads the setup in the first store and rebuilds it in the second. Note that products and discount codes are set per store, so each new client still needs its own generated. But this removes the need to rebuild what you know works from scratch. You start to scale your best processes, instead of reinventing them each time.

Bulk build tasks and the review step

One instruction can now run across several client stores, from bulk creator updates and briefs to discovery, wallet funding and product updates:

"Tag every creator who posted in the last 30 days as Active, across all my brands."

"Create a Black Friday content brief for each of my brands."

That's a lot of power in a single prompt, which is exactly why ten seconds of checking matters. Before you confirm, look at which brands, which creators and which action it's about to run.

When to involve your CSM

The MCP reads each client's program data and structure, but what it doesn't know is your clients' retail margins, their retail calendar, or why the client's founder is so attached to working with one particular creator (and no, it's not going to guess for you).

Certain questions still belong to you and your CSM's collective judgement:

  • Industry benchmarks
  • Budget decisions
  • Nuanced creator strategy, where the MCP can provide direction, but not decision-making

The MCP handles the operations, so your team can focus on the judgment that clients are actually paying you for.

So next Monday, skip the six tabs and connect to the MCP to start running every client program via the AI platform your agency already uses. Connect it once with the email your clients have invited to Superfiliate, ask for reporting by brand, and run your first pulse check across your whole portfolio.
