How have automated workflows changed your day-to-day role as an influencer marketing manager?

Saving hours every week with automated workflows

With Superfiliate’s automations engine, Kelly is now able to automate the repetitive, time-intensive aspects of program management that were slowing her down:

"Prior to having this automation I was combing through our tagged posts and stories once every week, and it was a huge time suck,” says Kelly. “Now, I don't even have to think about it anymore. People are just getting invited to our program via automated DMs and signing up; we're seeing new affiliates come in through DMs all the time. That's been such a huge unlock for us!”

Omnilux is also leveraging Superfiliate’s automated gifting workflows across multiple trigger points: milestone gifts for existing ambassadors, seasonal campaigns such as Mother's Day and bridal campaigns, and threshold-based rewards for skincare practitioners. Each program automatically sends personalized gift selection emails, completely eliminating manual Shopify order creation:

"We're gifting 100-200 devices every single month. Just placing those orders is so much time spent, so being able to automate that within the program is pretty fantastic,” says Kelly. “If I invite someone into that program or they're accepted into that program, they automatically get an email to choose a device that I've already set up.”

Unlike traditional gifting programs, every device gifted via Superfiliate automatically triggers affiliate link generation. This means Omnilux can measure the revenue impact of every gift—critical for high AOV products where gifting represents a significant investment. This allows Kelly to identify which creators drive the best ROI and merit further partnership opportunities:

"We're able to track the success of each gifting program within the affiliate links, the clicks, and the reporting,” says Kelly, “If we gift someone and then they post about us, it gives us the information to decide if we want to turn that gifted creator into a paid partner, or a larger ambassador for our program."

“It’s being able to see the bigger picture of all these programs and how they are driving revenue into the business,” says Kelly, “For example, which programs are driving the most revenue, versus clicks or brand awareness? It’s been so much easier to compare all the different programs together as well.”
