How Kineon is building a creator-led growth engine with Superfiliate:

Platform consolidation replaced multiple disconnected tools with a single system for affiliate program management, Partnership Ads, and first-party creator data, removing fragmented workflows that were slowing down their program.

A creator-first experience gives every creator a cobranded landing page and frictionless onboarding, ideal for promoting a premium product.

A seamless creator-to-ad pipeline turns organic creator content into Partnership Ads in one unified workflow, filling Kineon's content generation gap with authentic ad creative.

Kineon sells the MOVE+, a red light laser therapy device for targeted pain relief. Due to the high price point of their flagship product, the team needed tight operational control across the full creator lifecycle and the ability to extract maximum value from every partnership; link & code management, organic content collection, and seamless paid amplification.

But Tyler Barrow inherited a program spread across multiple disconnected platforms. Affiliate tracking in one place, whitelisting somewhere else, with zero integrations or shared data. A complex payments process was also putting pressure on the creator relationships, with affiliates having to jump through hoops to set up payouts.

One migration, zero friction

Moving to Superfiliate not only allowed Kineon to consolidate workflows spread across platforms; it also freed up valuable time and bandwidth managing creators.

Every affiliate on Kineon's previous platform had to submit an individual application to get imported into the CRM. There was no bulk upload option or Shopify integration to streamline the process, and discount codes had to be created and assigned manually. For a team trying to scale a creator program around a high-value product, each new partnership meant more admin and friction, rather than revenue growth.

Superfiliate changed that equation with a friction-free migration process. All Tyler had to do was export and upload creators, and everyone was on the platform. Superfiliate's Shopify discount code integration meant tracking worked from day one. No manual code management, no individual applications.

"All I had to do was export my creator list from HubSpot, import into Superfiliate, and everybody was on there. We gave them a transition period between platforms with a hard stop of 60 days post-migration, and it was really easy."

A platform that actually works for creators

Products with a high Average Order Value (AOV) can make creator programs more challenging to scale. Every creator partnership needs to deliver measurable results, not just reach and engagement. Creators also won't advocate for a premium product if the onboarding process is painful, tracking links and codes are broken, or they don't feel a sense of ownership over how they're representing the brand.

On their previous platform, creators partnering with Kineon had to go through bank transaction testing just to get paid. The friction was real enough that it put partnerships at risk.

Superfiliate flipped that dynamic with a frictionless onboarding experience where creators are equipped with everything they needed to begin driving sales; their link/code, affiliate portal, and cobranded landing page that gives each creator their very own personalized storefront, enabling creators to tell a much richer story about a premium product than a discount code alone.

"Superfiliate has the integration with Shopify so that attribution data is huge, along with the landing page feature that a lot of our influencers use."

Building a seamless creator-to-ad pipeline

Content generation has long been one of Kineon's biggest operational challenges, a constraint that many high pricepoint brands share: You need a steady stream of authentic creative, but gifting product en-masse is too expensive.

By taking advantage of Meta Partnership Ads in Superfiliate, Kineon made creator-led ads their default format. Today, 98% of Kineon's ad creatives run from a creator's handle. One-click permissioning and a dedicated ads library mean the team can cut an average of 20 creatives per partner — iterating on angles, formats, and hooks rather than chasing assets across platforms.

The results backed the bet. Over six months, Kineon scaled Partnership Ads spend by 300% while bringing CAC down 24%. The efficiency held as they grew — proof that creator-led ads don't just fill a content gap, they perform at scale.

"The biggest thing that Partnership Ads help us with is getting a lot more content. Ads are filling a large gap in regards to creatives."

The result: A creator-led growth program that compounds

By migrating to Superfiliate, Kineon built a system where each part of their creator program reinforces the next. Platform consolidation enables a better creator experience, which drives more content creation to power paid amplification.

The numbers reflect that compounding effect:

  • 56% revenue growth QoQ
  • 5.9x growth in new affiliate enrollments
  • 24% decrease in CAC while scaling Partnership Ads spend by 300%

The ease of experience has given Tyler enough confidence to plan for a much bigger move: migrating 1,100 medical practitioners onto Superfiliate in a dedicated creator program. Same process, bigger scale. But consolidation wasn't just about making migrations easier — it set the stage for what came next.

"Because I'm the one who handles the actual tech and moving over from the individual systems, it's light and day between our previous platforms and doing it on Superfiliate. It's like a platform that's built in the 1900s versus one that's built in the 21st century."
