How does Superfiliate pricing work?
A custom monthly subscription, assembled from your plan and the channels you turn on, with plan selection guided by your trailing twelve months of ecommerce revenue. No per creator fees, no per click fees, no per seat fees.
Why does Superfiliate not publish full pricing tiers on its website?
Because the mix of channels and ecommerce revenue that defines pricing means a that a published range of tiers would be inaccurate. Rather than post a figure most brands would not actually pay, we publish exactly how the pricing is built and give you a real number on a call.
Does Superfiliate charge per creator or per affiliate?
Your creator count does not change your price. You can grow from 50 creators to 5,000 on the same plan, which is a deliberate choice: we do not want our pricing model to punish brands for their program being successful.
Is Superfiliate more expensive than other affiliate platforms?
Compared to a single-purpose affiliate tracking app, yes. Superfiliate replaces the tracking tool plus creator discovery, cobranded landing pages, gifting, payouts, and reporting in one unified platform, and also includes a dedicated CSM at every tier. Brands consolidating a multi-tool stack typically find the total spend actually goes down, rather than up.
Does Superfiliate require an annual contract?
Billing starts at a 3-month minimum. Annual terms are offered at a discount, but no feature or level of support is locked behind a longer commitment.

No, there is no free trial or free plan available.
What is included in Superfiliate onboarding and migration?
Migration of your existing creators, links/codes, and commission structures is included, along with onboarding for your team and a named CSM who stays with you after launch. There is no separate onboarding / implementation fee.
