For brands and creators participating in SuperCollabs

‍Last Updated: August 10, 2026

Welcome to SuperCollabs

SuperCollabs is the curated creator network within Superfiliate. We thoughtfully match brands and creators for partnerships built on shared fit, clear expectations, and mutual respect.

These guidelines explain what brands and creators can expect from one another when participating in SuperCollabs. They are designed to protect everyone's time, work, and reputation—and to help great collaborations turn into lasting relationships.

Specific campaign details—including deliverables, compensation, deadlines, usage rights, and cancellation terms—will be confirmed separately for each collaboration. If a campaign agreement differs from these guidelines, the campaign agreement will control.

1. What everyone can expect

Whether you're a brand or a creator, we ask that you:

  • Communicate respectfully and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and set realistic expectations.
  • Respond to active campaign communication within 48 hours whenever possible.
  • Raise questions, concerns, or scheduling conflicts early.
  • Honor the scope, timeline, and terms you agreed to.
  • Protect confidential or non-public information shared during a partnership.
  • Follow applicable laws, platform policies, and disclosure requirements.
  • Work in good faith to resolve concerns before they become larger issues.

Discrimination, harassment, threats, retaliation, hate speech, or abusive behavior have no place in SuperCollabs.

2. What brands can expect from creators

Creators participating in a SuperCollabs partnership are expected to:

  • Create original content or have permission to use every element included in their work.
  • Follow the agreed-upon brief, deliverables, messaging requirements, and timeline.
  • Share honest experiences and avoid false, misleading, or unsubstantiated product claims.
  • Clearly disclose sponsored partnerships in accordance with FTC requirements, applicable local laws, and platform policies.
  • Communicate promptly if a deadline, deliverable, or other commitment may be affected.
  • Submit content through the agreed-upon approval process before posting, when required.
  • Complete agreed-upon revisions within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Keep content live for the period established in the campaign agreement.
  • Provide any required posting links, ad permissions, or campaign information after publishing.

Creators remain responsible for their authentic voice and should never be asked to make statements they do not believe or claims they cannot support.

3. What creators can expect from brands

Brands participating in a SuperCollabs partnership are expected to:

  • Provide an accurate brief with clear deliverables, timelines, messaging requirements, and content specifications.
  • Disclose all intended usage before the creator accepts the partnership.
  • Provide products, access, instructions, and required campaign information with enough time for the creator to complete the work.
  • Give clear, respectful, and consolidated feedback.
  • Request revisions that are consistent with the approved brief and original scope.
  • Review submitted content and provide approvals or feedback within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Avoid requiring creators to make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims.
  • Use creator content only as permitted by the campaign agreement.
  • Pay the agreed-upon compensation according to the confirmed payment terms.
  • Communicate promptly about delays, campaign changes, or cancellations.

Creators are independent creative partners. A brand may provide direction and required talking points, but it should not ask a creator to misrepresent their experience or remove their authentic perspective.

4. Content and partnership standards

Content created through SuperCollabs should be original, thoughtful, and appropriate for the agreed-upon brand and campaign.

Unless expressly approved as part of the campaign, content may not include:

  • Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or threats.
  • Illegal activity or the promotion of illegal products or substances.
  • Sexually explicit material.
  • False or misleading product claims.
  • Unauthorized copyrighted material, trademarks, music, images, or likenesses.
  • Content that violates applicable laws or platform policies.

Creators should disclose any conflicts that could reasonably affect a partnership, including active relationships with direct competitors when relevant. Brands should identify competitor restrictions or category-exclusivity requirements before a creator accepts the partnership.

5. Revisions and changes in scope

Unless the campaign agreement says otherwise, SuperCollabs partnerships include one reasonable round of revisions.

A reasonable revision brings the content into alignment with the original, approved brief. It does not include:

  • New deliverables or concepts.
  • Reshoots caused by a change in brand direction.
  • New messaging or requirements that were not included in the original brief.
  • Changes requested after content was approved.
  • Additional formats, hooks, or variations that were not originally agreed upon.

If the requested work falls outside the agreed scope, the brand and creator may agree to additional compensation, an adjusted timeline, or both before the additional work begins.

Creators are responsible for correcting errors or omissions when their submission does not follow the agreed brief.

6. Content usage and licensing

Creators retain ownership of their content unless a campaign agreement expressly states otherwise. Brands receive only the usage rights established in the applicable campaign agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SuperCollabs campaigns include 30 days of paid usage rights for the approved content. This is SuperCollabs definition of usage

"Brand receives a non-exclusive license to use the final approved content for 30 days from the date the content is posted, on Brand-owned organic social channels and in paid Meta advertising, TikTok and YouTube in the United States. Partnership Ads from the Creator's Instagram handle are included. Brand may crop, resize, add captions, but may not materially alter the Creator's statements or likeness without written approval. Usage beyond this scope requires written approval and potentially additional fees."

The campaign agreement between the brand and creator should confirm:

  • The platforms and accounts where the content may be used.
  • Whether usage includes Partnership Ads, paid social, organic reposting, or another format.
  • When the 30-day usage period begins.
  • Whether the brand may edit, crop, caption, or otherwise adapt the content.
  • Any creator handle, likeness, or whitelisting permissions involved.

A brand may not extend the usage period, use the content beyond the agreed channels, materially alter it, transfer it to another party, or relicense it without the creator's written approval.

Any extension or expansion of usage rights must be agreed upon separately and may require additional compensation.

7. Approvals, posting, and payment

Campaign-specific deadlines and payment terms will be confirmed before work begins.

Creators should not publish content requiring brand approval until that approval has been received. Brands should review submitted content promptly so creator timelines and posting schedules are not unnecessarily delayed.

Once the creator has completed the agreed deliverables and satisfied the campaign requirements, SuperCollabs will facilitate payment according to the applicable campaign terms.

If either party believes the agreed work has not been completed, they should notify SuperCollabs as soon as possible and provide relevant documentation. A good-faith concern will not automatically determine the outcome; SuperCollabs will review the campaign terms, communication, and submitted work before determining next steps.

8. Cancellations and delays

Plans sometimes change. When they do, both parties should communicate as early as possible.

Cancellation fees, product costs, completed work, rescheduling, and other financial obligations will be handled according to the applicable campaign agreement.

Generally:

  • A creator should notify the brand and SuperCollabs immediately if they can no longer complete a partnership.
  • A brand should notify the creator and SuperCollabs immediately if a campaign is paused, materially changed, or canceled.
  • Work already completed may still require payment, even if the campaign is changed or canceled.
  • Repeated missed deadlines, last-minute cancellations, or failures to communicate may affect future participation in SuperCollabs.

9. When something goes wrong

Most issues can be resolved through clear, early communication. If you have a concern:

  1. Pause any disputed posting, usage, or additional work when reasonably possible.
  2. Document the concern and relevant campaign communication.
  3. Contact the SuperCollabs team promptly.
  4. Continue communicating respectfully while the issue is reviewed.

Depending on the situation, SuperCollabs may facilitate a resolution, adjust or cancel a partnership, restrict future participation, suspend an account, or remove a participant from the network.

Serious misconduct—including harassment, fraud, deliberate misrepresentation, nonpayment, misuse of creator content, or repeated violations—may result in immediate removal.

10. Building a network people trust

The strongest partnerships happen when creators feel respected for their work and brands feel confident in their investment.

Great content matters. So do clear briefs, timely feedback, fair payment, and honest communication. Every brand and creator who participates in SuperCollabs contributes to the kind of network we are building—and the kinds of opportunities that can grow from it.

If you have a question, concern, or need help during a partnership, please contact the SuperCollabs team.

These Community Guidelines supplement the applicable Superfiliate terms and any campaign-specific agreement. Participation in SuperCollabs is also subject to those terms.
